Public Comment
to Indian Prairie School District 204
Board of Education

9.26.22

To focus on the best interests of the 26,000+ district students, her board position will:

Reflect critical thinking to disrupt "groupthink"; asking the tough questions and seeking dynamic solutions.

Restore excellence in the curricula while seeking to improve transparency of all learning materials and resources.

FOCUS on LITERACY & MATH

Represent fiscal discipline when evaluating contracts and approving budget items.

Respond to community input and encourage collaboration while providing a bridge between district parents, students, and school board.

Education is transformational. It changes lives. That is why people work so hard to become educated and why education has always been the key to the American Dream, the force that erases arbitrary divisions of race and class and culture and unlocks every person's God-given potential.
